Return Policy and Shipping Policy

ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be made for any jewelry item. 

Clothing items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Garments MUST have the original tags attached, and be in the original condition. If tags are torn off the garment the return will not be processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Each item is inspected for top quality, and is shipped with care. If you experience any problems please email info@sydnichole.com. 

We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the mailing tracking system has been marked as “DELIVERED”. 

Items typically take 2-3 business days to ship out. 

All items ship by standard shipping with either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If an item needs to be shipped sooner please email info@sydnichole.com
